A new publication by MSD in Organic Process Research & Development details the process development and large-scale manufacturing of the key Northern Fragment of Enlicitide Decanoate.
The publication highlights how a series of innovative process chemistries, including selective allylation, one-pot peptide coupling, streamlined deprotection, and regioselective macrolactamization, enabled the production of over 150 kg with enhanced yield, purity, and efficiency.
